At ASWA, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Order checking is allowed only at the time of delivery, in the presence of the rider.
• You may inspect the product when the rider arrives.
• If there is any issue (wrong item, damaged product, or defect), the rider will take the parcel back immediately at the same time.
• Returns or refunds are not accepted after the rider leaves.

Once the parcel is accepted and the rider has departed, the order is considered final.
